1-2 hours: 75$ + group rate
  • 1 Month Individualized Program with Coach’s Eye  – $75 + group membership rate

    • Communication with a coach for every single workout

    • Regular feedback and accountability

    • Advice about progression 

    • Rehab/additional exercises added when necessary

Personal Training Options

1 hour: 30-45$/hour

36 sessions- 30$/session = 1080$ (3-9 months) 

24 sessions- 35$/session = 840$ (2-6 months) 

12 sessions- 40$/session = 480$ (1-3 months) 

45$ single sessions
